Our fish is all natural. We carefully select the fisheries and canneries we work with—only the highest quality is good enough for our products. The only additions you'll find in our products are the finest olive oil, juicy lemon, spicy chili, or rich tomato. That’s all we need.

All our fishers make sure every catch is guaranteed to be sustainable. That means never taking more from the sea than what’s responsible—no damage to the seabed and hardly any bycatch.

We carefully select our fishers and build long-term partnerships—we don’t just switch fisheries. These fishers know better than anyone how to catch the best fish, a craft passed down from generation to generation.

Founded with a mission, growing into a successful business. Award-winning Seafoodchef Bart van Olphen knew things could—and should—be different, so he brought his partner Harm Jan van Dijk on board. Now, you can find us across Europe, the United States, and Canada. But our mission remains the same: enjoying the best-tasting fish, now and in the future.
