

Coleslaw with tzatziki and spicy tuna
Coleslaw with a twist. Three types of crunchy cabbage, spicy tuna, creamy tzatziki, and the freshness of mint and apple. This coleslaw is an intense sensation for all your senses! The perfect pick-me-up for lunch or a quick bite.
Grate the cucumber for the tzatziki, sprinkle with a bit of salt, and let it drain in a sieve.
Crush the garlic in a mortar and add the olive oil.
Mix the yogurt with the cucumber and garlic oil.
Season the tzatziki with lemon juice, mint, salt, and pepper.
Remove the core from the purple pointed cabbage and discard it. Slice the cabbage into thin strips. Do the same with the white and Chinese cabbage.
Tear the mint leaves into strips with your hands and mix them with the apple.
Drain the tuna and place it in a small bowl. Gently flake the tuna with your hands and mix it with 1 tablespoon of olive oil and the chili powder.
Mix the tzatziki with the coleslaw and top it with the spicy tuna pieces.
