Tuna Melt with Kimchi
Give your tuna melt a twist with delicious kimchi. Kimchi is a traditional Korean dish made of fermented vegetables, usually cabbage and radish, flavored with herbs and spices.

Also delicious with albacore tuna! Serve with sriracha mayonnaise.
Spread butter on one side of each slice of bread and flip them over. Layer the cheddar, spinach, tuna, and kimchi on the unbuttered sides of two slices of bread. Place the other slices on top with the buttered side facing out.
Cook the sandwiches in a dry frying pan over medium heat until the bread is crispy and the cheese has melted. Enjoy!
