

Tuna Nachos with Pomegranate
Looking for a quick snack or an easy meal? These tuna nachos are just what you need! They make a perfect snack or, when served with a salad, a simple and very affordable meal.
Preheat the oven to 190°C with top and bottom heat.
Spread the tortilla chips over a baking sheet.
Mix the tuna with your choice of tomato sauce and pour the mixture over the nachos. Then, place the cheddar slices on top of the nachos. Bake everything in the oven for 4-5 minutes, until the cheddar has melted.
For the guacamole, cut the avocados in half, remove the pit, and scoop out the flesh. Mash the flesh with a fork. Season with salt, pepper, garlic, and lime juice.
Remove the nachos from the oven and serve with the guacamole and crème fraîche. Add a few cilantro leaves and sprinkle with pomegranate seeds. Enjoy!
